HOW STRONG ARE YOU?
Ever sit and wonder to yourself, "I want to be different and better myself, but how do I begin? Where do I start?"
Often there are times in our lives when we go day to day and think of how we should be in a pleasing manner of how society shows us what SHOULD be instead of what makes us happy. We tend to allow surrounding factors to assist in our judgement of presentations of ourselves. Well I'm saying to you be "HAPPY, but HEALTHY" with your choices in life. Be mindful of what you put into your body because being healthy can allow you to function mentally and physically better to achieve things in life that you only wish you could do. Go hiking, row a boat with a team, swim from Cuba to Florida (well maybe not that drastic). But whatever you dream of doing but can't do to health limitations that physically impair you.
Just know that there is a way to reach those goals and achieve those dreams to be a better you. Stop beating yourself up to look like the next person or how you feel society wants you to look. Love yourself to change and begin a new journey to a "New YOU!"
